Roles and Responsibilities:

1. With consultation and advice from Founders , organised and deliver the following routine activities:
a. Weekly night meeting
b. All the company’s recognition activities
c. On site meetings
d. All training classes arrangement .
e. New Year Kick Off
f. Mid year review
g. Annual Awards Night
h. Race event preparation .
2. To assist CEO to prepare all Powerpoint presentation and reporting materials .

Diploma/ Degree in any discipline

3-4 years working experience in administration / secretary work

Willing to travel as when required

Able to work in fast pace and stressful environment
